As Director of International Projects at the UK’s Leadership Foundation for Higher Education, David was responsible for instigating and delivering projects with over 30 different countries, some at the Governmental level. Projects have included major programs for Rectors and Ministry Officials to implement national HE reform and autonomy strategies over several years and building partnerships between universities in different countries.
Terry Mc Parland
Terry is an experienced professional with extensive experience of assisting Irish higher education institutions to recruit students and develop partnerships in international markets.
Previously, he worked with Irish universities, institutes of technology, private colleges and English language schools public to help them grow their business in the areas of student recruitment and developing partnerships in overseas markets. He was responsible for new market development in South East Asia, Brazil and the Middle East.
